“**UPDATE: after speaking with Natalie directly it was determined that this was just a one off miscommunication. We would gladly hire Eric again and we appreciate the opportunity to speak with Natalie and clear up the issue. I hired Eric recently to assist in enforcing my divorce order. He was great at first with responding and trying to do everything he could to get a court hearing scheduled. Then after my ex husband and I settled out of court I couldn’t get an answer to any email I sent. This was frustrating coming from a paying client. When he finally answered me when I asked for my final statement and to be done, he did waive all charges for November which was appreciated. But we were extremely frustrated with the lack of response after the order was signed to legal questions. I personally will not hire him again if I need counsel”
